Exchanges
Customers may exchange purchased items within 30 days from the delivery date for full-priced items or within 15 days for sale items, under the following terms:
- How to Exchange: Items purchased online can be exchanged by contacting our support team or by visiting one of our stores:
- U.S. POLO ASSN.: ABC (Achrafieh, Dbayeh, Verdun), Beirut City Centre, Citymall, and Centro Mall
- GERRY WEBER: ABC (Achrafieh, Dbayeh, Verdun), and Beirut City Centre
- IPEKYOL: Beirut City Centre
- MORE & MORE: ABC Dbayeh
- SUGARFREE: ABC Dbayeh
- Condition of Items: All items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and be in their original packaging, with labels/tags attached as received (odorless, unaltered, unused, and in fully saleable condition).
Nothing in this exchange section is intended to affect any consumer rights you may have under Lebanese law.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order depending on its status:
- Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our support team via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, we can still process a cancellation for you. Simply contact our support team, and they will guide you through the cancellation process. Please note that once an order has been shipped, a delivery charge of up to $5 (depending on your location) will be applied and must be paid by the customer.
Faulty Goods
- Definition of Faulty: Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault discovered upon receipt. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
- Damaged or Faulty Product: If you receive a damaged product or discover a manufacturing fault, please contact our support team at (+96170771168) between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) or send an email to [email protected].
- Returning Faulty Items: If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it to any branch of our U.S. POLO ASSN., IPEKYOL, GERRY WEBER, SUGARFREE, and MORE & MORE stores within 14 days from the purchase date.
- Resolution: Where possible and with your approval, we will offer to repair the item. If it cannot be repaired and the same product is still available, we will offer a replacement. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund as per our refund terms.
Colors
We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Delivery
- Estimated Time: The estimated delivery time for orders is between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries are made only during working days.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are up to $5.
- Delivery Service: Our delivery service is through iCarry, ensuring your purchase is handled with utmost care. Items are insured against theft and accidental damage.
- Tracking: Once your order is picked and in process, you'll receive an email with your Aramex waybill number, allowing you to track your purchase at www.aramex.com.
- Receipt of Goods: We require a signature from you or anyone at your specified delivery address for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. You accept that evidence of a signature by anyone at your delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us. If you specify a different recipient (e.g., for a gift), their signature (or anyone at that address) also constitutes evidence of delivery and transfer of responsibility. Goods become your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you provided. Occasionally, Aramex may refuse delivery if they deem the address unsafe.
